When one story just isn’t enough…

ads The Virgin Scorecard by Lauren Blakely is a five part novella collection of new stories set in her ‘Virgin’ baseball series of books (Rules Of Love)…

It starts with Shane Walker and Clementine, Shane’s teammates and friends, Drew and Sullivan; and Clementine’s gal pals, Frankie, Erin and Nova.

All three guys have had cameos in the previous books, leaving us all desperate to know more. Well, here, we finally get those tantalizing tales.

Shane and Clementine are two ex high school sweethearts who meet again by chance seven years later. Both know what they wanted, at least until they spend the night together. After their saucy offering, we get Sully’s and Erin’s story, and it’s a fun, sweet and sexy little addition.

Following that, we see  how Drew romances the petals out of Frankie.

Each story is pretty much ‘love at first sight’ and they were all easy to read and fun. A lighthearted collection to warm the cockles of your heart.

Nova’s story was super fast, lol.

Finishing off the compilation we have the billionaire owners of the two baseball teams based in San Fran. The Cougars and the Dragons. Marlow has brought the Dragons from the bottom of the league to hotting headlines, and it’s only by being super focused at work. But, Hudson Tanner, the man behind the Cougars, is one sexy devil and he’s set his sights on her. The bet is on… who will get the best of the other.

I never thought of myself as dad material.Until my one-night stand showed up in my small Alaskan town five months pregnant.
But I don’t shy away from responsibility. First, because I’m a Greene and not to boast but we’re kind of a big deal in Sunrise Bay. Second, I’m the Sheriff.
I couldn’t have predicted how protective I’d become for the safety of her and my unborn baby to the point of asking her to move in with me and be my roommate.
Just when I think I have the situation under control, another surprise knocks me over, but it only spurs me to double down.
I’ll be the first to admit, I didn’t think it through. Somewhere between the dinners, the TV show binging, the doctor appointments, and me walking in on her naked, lines blurred.
In what feels like warp speed, my bachelor for life status is in jeopardy and I’m fighting for the most important thing of all—my family.

The Greene boys are proving their worth!

Cade, Adam, Nikki and Jed have all found the love of their lives, and now it’s Fisher’s turn, only he’s not actually looking to settle down. He’s always thought of himself as being outside that kind of relationship after suffering the emotional damage caused by his mom’s untimely passing when he was a young boy.

He never expected to meet someone like Allie, and he certainly never meant to knock her up. But, now he’s a dad in waiting and everything just has to change. Including him.

This was a fast-paced and very enjoyable story. I liked how Piper Rayne brought all the moving pieces together. Fisher was super protective of his little family once he got his head around the fact he was going to be a father, and sooner than most guys finding out for the first time. He stepped up to the plate and made Allie believe he’d changed.

Could Allie have done it all on her own? Maybe, but she really wanted the fairytale she’d imagined as a child.

Will she get it all with Fisher? Grab your copy today and find out.

NEW RELEASE: If Only In My Dreams by Carrie Aarons

If Only in My Dreams is live! Read it now or grab it in KU!

Madison is a twenty-something divorcée forced to move home with her parents. And who is the first person she runs into at the grocery store? The guy who broke her heart and treated her like a booty call in high school. What’s worse? She has to work with him on her parent’s holiday railroad, where he plays guitar like he’s trying to get everyone pregnant via Christmas carol 🥵

If Only In My Dreams by Carrie Aarons is a feel good holiday second chance romance. Madison and Porter had dated during high school but they weren’t typical sweetheart meant to get married after college. They’d gone separate ways. Madison had met and married another man.
But, now she was newly divorced and back in her hometown.
Meeting Porter again was inevitable.
His attitude toward her- not so much.
Thankfully, his crappy outlook didn’t last too long. Madison brings out the best in him.
This was a quintessential smalltown story, filled with love, laughter and a sassy banter filled holiday season theme. Just what I needed to make me smile.

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: December 10, 2021

From USA Today Bestselling author Adriana Locke comes a workplace romance between a grumpy, alpha architect and his new client—who just so happens to have the blueprint to bring him to his knees.

Romance is not in Wade Mason’s portfolio.

This is tragic. It’s unfair that a man so maddeningly gorgeous—an architect with a deliciously squarish jaw, adorably dimpled chin, and the hottest black glasses that straddle the line between professional and provocative—rebukes all things love.

I knew this well before I walked into his office.

The man is a conundrum—a complicated, steel wall of a puzzle. On the one hand, he brushes against me in the conference room with a broodiness that sets me on fire. He demands in-person meetings about the house we are working on together. I catch him watching me out of the corner of his eye with a look that’s anything but platonic. But any talk of hookups, love, or relationships—even in general? Completely off the table.

I’m determined to peel back his layers until I get to the bottom of the mysterious businessman. But my plan is foiled by a surprise that leaves both of us reeling. Neither of us sees it coming, but it changes everything … forever.

Much to my surprise and annoyance, she laughs as she walks by me. Her elbow grazes my stomach in a move that I think is intentional. Before I can react, she’s down the hall and standing in front of Eliza.

“That dress is stunning on you,” she tells Eliza as if we weren’t in a strained conversation five seconds ago. “Where did you get it?”

“Oh, for fuck’s sake,” I grumble as I slam my door. The framed copy of the first building I ever designed shakes against the wall.

I lean against my desk and suck in a deep lungful of air. The scent of coconuts only intensifies my frustration.

I open a window and then sit down.

“Busy men always go through the motions and never have time to be creative. I’m not sure that fits my needs.”

What the hell?

Relational intimacy.

Loads of rubbish, just as it was ten years ago.

Instead of listening to spoiled, silver spoon-fed women who want their ridiculous projects handled, I have real work to do.

My heart pumps from the interaction with Dara, and I find myself replaying much of our conversation. It’s not until I get to relational intimacy do I realize how much time I’ve wasted—and am still wasting.

I put my phone on Do Not Disturb and get back to the only thing I ever want to know intimately—my work.

Elves with Benefits, Book 4

My name is Ryan Sheppard and I don’t care about Christmas. I’m only returning to my over-the-top Christmas-themed hometown to sell the house I inherited from my late uncle so I can get back to the city and the promotion I’m chasing at work.

Unfortunately, there’s a flaw in my plan.

Because according to the town Christmas cop, there’s a moratorium on selling houses during December. She says it’s bad for the aesthetic. She’s also slapping an alarming number of tickets on my front door. For being in violation of holiday décor. And I swear on Rudolph himself, one is for ‘unsportsmanlike Christmassing.’

To top it all off, this Christmas cop looks like a red-headed elf.

A sexy red-headed elf…

One Night with a Nutcracker, Book 5

My name is Jake Sheppard and I’m ambivalent about Christmas and the Christmas-themed town I grew up in. But when I find out my late uncle left me an old barn and acres of land, the decision to return home to build my dream golf course is an easy one.

Imagine my surprise when I arrive and find out I have a squatter.

An incredibly sexy squatter, with wavy blonde hair, green eyes, a free spirit… and a herd of goats.

Lexi hates my guts. Apparently evicting a non-paying non-tenant and her goats weeks before Christmas is grounds for war.

Except Lexi’s version of war includes flinging her clothing at me and, as it turns out, I might be in way over my head with this girl…

The Bachelor on the Shelf, Book 6

My name is Carter Sheppard and I actually like Christmas and my Christmas-themed hometown of Reindeer Falls. In fact, when I learn I have to return home in order to collect an inheritance—my uncle’s dog—it puts life into perspective for me.

Sure, playing professional baseball is great. But it won’t last forever and every player needs a long-term game plan.

And I just found mine. Wrapped up in the feisty, bespectacled package of the town librarian.

Unfortunately, she thinks I’m a player in all aspects of the word, but I’ve got a plan to win her over. Starting with a fake engagement…

Warning: Christmas in Reindeer Falls is more naughty than nice. These stories are over-the-top festive with merrily-ever-afters guaranteed. Novella length for quick holiday binge reading. Enjoy!
